IPL 4 : MUMBAI INDIANS v ROYAL CHALLENGERS at Bangalore (Match 8)

Master class batsman Sachin Tendulkar is unbeaten for the second time in the IPL 2011 tournament. Sachin scored 55 runs of 46 balls which includes 7 fours. Bangalore was like home ground for Mumbai Indians since there were more supporters for Sachin Tendulkar.
Mumbai  Indians won the toss and elected to field against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Malinga took wicket of his very first ball to dismiss Mayank Agarwal for a duck.




All the bowlers bowled very tight spell and didnt give easy runs. Dilshan knocked 59 runs and was unbeaten till the end of the first innings. Royal Challengers scored a total of 140 runs in 20 overs at a run rate of 7 runs per over.
Mumbai Indians started the chase with Davy Jacobs scoring 22 runs of just 16 balls which includes couple of fours and sixes.Ambati Rayudu was unstoppable and was hitting the ball well all over the boundary line.

Sachin Tendulkar and Ambati Rayudu were unbeaten till the end of the innings. Mumbai Indians won by 9 wickets with 9 balls remaining.
